Today, we are focusing on spiritual self-care.


Spiritual self-care is “the activity we engage in to find and nurture a sense of connection to a Higher Power and meaning for our lives”


It doesn’t matter if you’re religious or not, taking care of your spirit (soul) is as important as caring for all other aspects of yourself. Simply ask yourself what is good for your soul. What makes you feel light? Spiritual self-care revolves around your values and can help you foster a calm mind.


Benefits of spiritual self-care:
